2段階認証しているユーザでは以下のコマンドではjsonが取得できません。
APIトークンを取得する
curl -u 'ユーザ名' -d '{"scopes":["repo"],"note":"Help example"}' https://api.github.com/authorizations
所属チームを取得する
curl -u 'ユーザ名' https://api.github.com/user/teams
