CakePHP4でenvを有効にする方法

あれ？config/.envを用意したのに環境変数が読み込まれないぞという場合に参考にしてください。

config/bootstrap.phpの下記の箇所を修正してあげましょう。
.envの内容が読み込まれる様になります。

修正前
