Sindoh DP201 で Simplify3d で出力した gcode を使う

そのまま出力しようとするとこんなエラーが出るので

UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_add3.jpg

このコードを Simplify3d で出力した gcode ファイルの先頭に追加してあげる。
