私がオプティマインドを知ったのは2022年1月、名古屋大学主催のスタートアップ・イベントで知り合った大学の先輩のGuoさんからでした。ちなみに私は名古屋大学の工学部の学生です。この会社は名大発ベンチャー企業です。この会社の社長と共同創業者は私の大学の先輩です。私はこの会社の製品と技術に興味を持ち、この会社でアルバイトをする機会をいただきました。今思えば、人生で最高のチャンスでした。
弊社の主力製品であるLoogiaはAI物流最適化システムで、物流会社のラストワンマイルを最適化し、コストを削減しながら効率を上げることができます。
これまで私は、クラウドインフラ、ドライバー用モバイルアプリ、関連ウェブアプリなど、Loogiaの様々な部分に携わってきました。
弊社に惹かれたのは、社風と同僚たちの温かさです。職場の雰囲気や人の大切さを実感しました。私の同僚は常に温かくフレンドリーであり・新しいアイデアを受け入れてくれました。異なるチーム間の知識や情報の伝達は非常にスムーズに行われ、それが非常に奨励されています。特にスタートアップ企業では、チームが1つのチームとして協力し合わなければ成功しないので、これは非常に重要なことだと私は考えています。こうしたことが、弊社ならではの温かく歓迎される雰囲気と文化を生み出しています。
最近、私はJETROが主催するイベントに登壇し、私がこの会社の文化に惹かれた理由について話しました。これは、日本のスタートアップ企業でのキャリアを目指す留学生を奨励するためのイベントでした。
この会社で働く機会に巡り合えたことを嬉しく思いますし、幸運だったと思っています。この会社で作る思い出をこれからも大切にしていきたいと思います。スタートアップ企業には、社会や世界にインパクトを与える可能性があるといつも信じています。皆んなでもっと頑張って、この世界にポジティブなインパクトを与えられるようなグローバル企業に成長させたいです 
I was first introduced to Optimind in January of 2022 by one of my seniors at university (Guo-san) who I met at a startup event organized by Nagoya University. For context I am a Nagoya University engineering student and this company is a Nagoya University startup. The CEO and co-founders of this company are my seniors at university. I was intrested about the product and the technology and afterwards I was offered an opportunity to work part-time in this company. Looking back it was one of the best opportunities in my life.
Our core product Loogia is an AI logistics optimisation system which optimises the last mile of logistics companies to increase efficiency while reducing cost.
Up until now I have worked on the various different parts of Loogia including the cloud infrastructure, the driver mobile app and related web apps.
What attracted me the most to this company is the culture and my collegues. it made me realize the importance of the atmosphere of a workplace and its people. My collegues were always warm and friendly while being open to new ideas and discussions. The transfer of knowledge and information between the different teams happen quite seamlessly and this is highly encouraged. In my opinion this is very important espesically in a startup since teams need to work together as one team to be succesful. Collectively this created a warm and welcoming atmosphere and culture while being unique to this company.
Recently I spoke at an event oragnised by JETRO where I spoke about what attracted me to this company's culture, this was an event to encourage foreign students to pursue a career in Japanese startup companies.
I am glad and consider myself lucky to stumble upon the opportunity to work in this company. I will continue to cherish the memories that I will make in this company. I always belived that a startup company has the potential to make an impact in the society and world. I want to work harder and see our company grow in to a global company and make a positive impact in this world
