　2004年5月9日、金子勇さんが著作権法違反ほう助容疑で逮捕された事件から、来年で20年になります。また、2023年3月には、映画『Winny』が公開されました。

　当時、何が問題だったのか、何が議論されなかったのか、そして現在、何を議論しなければならないのか、そんなことを考えながら当時のことをつづっていきたいと思います。
