Rspec実装時に謎のエラー
rspecをポートフォリオに入れようとしbundle installすると謎のエラーが、、、、
$ bin/rails g rspec:install

謎すぎて解決するまで２時間かかりました泣
環境変数が違うのとか、データベースミスったとか

のあたりが怪しいとか色々調べた結果、、、
$ spring stop
これで解決できました。 古いプロセスに接続していたのが原因だったようです。
