まず Elastic IPをつくること。これをつくると再起動してもＩＰがかわらない。
それを作ったうえで大事なのはECに紐付けをアクションする（アクションボタンはElastic IPのコンソールにある）
Route 53でHosted zonesに入り、Create Record Setボタンからリストを生成し、wwwと入力しEIPを割り当てたら完了。
