$ sudo port install php54-imagick
とやればいいのですが、これだとxorg関連のパッケージがガンガン入ってきます。
まずは
$ sudo port install ImageMagick -x11
として、xorgサポート無しでImageMagickをビルドします。
その後
$ sudo port install php54-imagick
とすれば、xorgなしでインストールされます。
