netsh.exeを使ったやり方が広まっていますが、ncatを使った方がIPアドレスなどで面倒がなくていいです。windows上で
ncat -lkp SOME_PORT -e "ncat localhost 22"
でつながります。Firewallでncatが新しいinbound packetを受け取るのを許可してあげてください。ncatはnmapのページからダウンロードできます。
