JavascriptでFont Awesomeのアイコンを生成する方法

JavascriptのcreateElementで Font Awesomeのアイコン<i>を生成する方法のメモ。
Font Awesomeの読み込みができる状態で、<i>を生成した後にclass名をつけてあげればOKです。
