普通の git レポジトリでは、サーバーサイドフックは .git/hooks ディレクトリに記述するが、 GitLab では、 .git/custom_hooks ディレクトリに記述する。これは、 GitLab-shell から利用する際の symlink の取り扱いにあたって、この方が都合が良いから、こうなっているらしい。
