WSLを作ってはぶっ壊してばっかりなので初期設定をメモっておきます。

sudo sed -i -e 's%http://.*.ubuntu.com%http://ftp.jaist.ac.jp/pub/Linux%g' /etc/apt/sources.list
sudo apt update
sudo apt -y upgrade
sudo apt -y install language-pack-ja
sudo update-locale LANG=ja_JP.UTF8
sudo apt -y install manpages-ja manpages-ja-dev
