El Capitanにしたらgitコマンド(CUI)が動かなくなった。

El Capitanにアップデートした後、gitコマンドが以下のエラーを吐いて動かなくなった。
xcrun: error: invalid active developer path (/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools), missing xcrun at: /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/usr/bin/xcrun

Terminalからxcode-selectをインストールしたら正常に動き出した。
