セキュアブートの無効化

UEFIを起動(Window再起動を押す際にshift同時押し→トラブルシューティング→詳細オプション→UEFIファームウェアの設定を選び再起動)

Security→Delete all Secure Boot Variable

セキュアブートの有効化

同様にUEFIを起動しSecurity→enroll all factory default keys
