The Salesforce Technology team confirmed that a subset of users in the Tokyo and Korea regions were also affected during the impact period. Services across all affected regions are now operating normally.
こちらでTokyoなどの地域について不具合が達成したことが分かります
ちなみに、過去（2021年5月12日、2022年5月12日）にもSalesforceでもログインできない不具合がありましたので参考までにこちらの記事にまとめました
