よくSalesforceで
・レコードページに見える「新規Todo」や「新規行動」の表示項目はどこで変えるのか？
という話が出ます
よく標準で設定されている
右側の部分ですね
こちらについては「クイックアクション」で検索し
編集させたいアクションの「レイアウト」ボタンをクリックしましょう
こちらが先ほどの画面の編集場所なので編集をしてレイアウトの「保存」をしましょう
こちらで設定完了です
