ダウンロードフォルダをタスクバーにピン止めできるようにする。

右クリックで新規作成からショートカットを作成
ダウンロードフォルダのパスを参照する。
先頭にexplorerを追記する。（下図）
任意の名前をしてする。
アイコンを適当に変更する
タスクバーにドラッグ&ドロップできるようになる
