iOSアプリの勉強をしようとして初めてXcodeを使ったら,初っ端からエラーが出て詰まったときの話
結論から言えば下のコードをターミナルから実行して、CoreSimulatorServiceを再起動すると治る
sudo killall -9 com.apple.CoreSimulator.CoreSimulatorService
Xcode10.3にアップグレードすると同じエラーが出ている人が多いらしく、調べてみると同様の例がいくつか見つかった
