Eclipseを起動し、メニューバーから下記を選択
ウィンドウ → ビューの表示 → その他 → [Ant]のディレクトリ → Antを選択
Antのビューが表示されるので
そのビューの中に使用したいXMLファイルパッケージエクスプローラーからドラッグ&ドロップ
ダブルクリックにて実行が可能になる
