Logstash grokフィルタのパターンを正規表現に変換する

Elastic stackでログ分析を行う上で便利に使えるlogstash。
これに含まれるgrokフィルタは、Apache logやSyslogなど様々なログをうまく構造化してくれる正規表現が詰め込まれており、分析の前処理として便利に使用することができます。

しかし、気軽にログをパースしたい場合、logstashサーバを立てず、単純に正規表現マッチを使いたい場合もあります。
logstash-grok-patternに含まれるパターンを使わせてもらいたい所ですが、これは部分部分の正規表現を独自形式でまとめた物になっているため、通常の正規表現を出力するスクリプトを書きました。
