Capistrano3 で pg インストールがエラーになる（.bash_profile の PATH が読み込まれていない）

結論

Capistrano は .bashrc しか読み込まない
.bashrc に PATH を書いてもエラーになる場合は、[ -z "$PS1" ] && return のような記述の上に書かないと読み込まれない

.bashrc

# PostgreSQL12
export PATH=/usr/pgsql-12/bin:$PATH

# If not running interactively, don't do anything
[ -z "$PS1" ] && return
