自分が行っているIntelliJ IDEAの設定をまとめたいと思います。

全体のフォント

Appearance & Behavior -> Appearanceの『Override default fonts by (not recommended)』にチェックを外します。

行番号や空白表示

Editor -> General -> Appearanceの『Show line numbers』と『Show whitespaces』にチェックを入れます。
