カーネルが古いためVIRTUALBOXの共有を実現できなかったのでゴリ押し。
Debian側にopenssh-serverをインストールする。
あとはWindows10側でよしなに。
apt-get install openssh-server
このように設定をして、WinSCPを設定する。
