Access VBA テーブルにチェックボックス（YEｓ/No型）のフィールドを追加する

Dim tdfNew As Tabledef

Set FLD = tdfNew.Fields("FieldName")
Set Prp = FLD.CreateProperty("DisplayControl", dbInteger, acCheckBox)
FLD.Properties.Delete ("DisplayControl")
FLD.Properties.Append Prp

フィールドを追加してプロパティを変更し、変更したプロパティを追加するというながれ。
