【GitHub】dependabot.ymlのreviewersをCODEOWNERSに変更する

reviewersの廃止

dependabot.ymlのreviewersは2025年5月27日火曜日に廃止されます。

そのため、代わりにCODEOWNERSファイルを作成する必要があります。

CODEOWNERSファイルの作成方法

.githubフォルダ内にCODEOWNERSファイルを作成します。
CODEOWNERSファイルにパスと@ユーザー名を記述するとコードオーナーを設定でき、プルリクエストをオープンすると、自動的にレビューがリクエストされるようになります。
