スクリーンショットのファイル名を変更するには以下のコマンドを実行します。
defaults write com.apple.screencapture name "テスト"; killall SystemUIServer
上記の場合にはテスト 2025-05-28 23.55.44のようなファイル名になります。
デフォルトは「スクリーンショット」です。
