Mac USキーボードの日本語・英数字切替を左右のcommandキーのみで行う方法【karabiner】

MacのUSキーボードの日本語・英数字切替は、デフォルトではctrl+spaceキーでができるようになっています。
が、karabiner-elementsというソフトをDLすれば、左右のcommandキーのみで可能になります。
少し設定が必要なので、自分用に記録を残しておきます。

privacy設定を許可する

①command+spaceでspotlight search(Mac用の検索窓)を開いてKarabiner-EventViewerと入力。

②Karabiner-EventViewerをクリックして開く

③praivacy設定を許可。
