Visual Studio 2013 CommunityがUTF-8 BOMなしファイルの日本語コメントでエラーになる

Cocos2d-xの書籍のサンプルコードを動かす際にWin32プロジェクトをVisual Studio 2013 Community(英語版)でビルドすると、日本語コメントがビルドエラーになることがあります。

そういう時はソースコードがUTF-8のBOMなしになっているので、
UTF-8のBOM付きにするとビルドが通るようになります。
そういう時は、KanjiTranslatorを使ってソースコードを一括変換しています。
