二つのgithubアカウントを切り替えて使うと、片方が片方に対してパーミッションがないので
エラーになります。
下記でデフォルトのユーザを消すと解決できます。Windows10
コントロールパネル→ユーザアカウント→資格情報の管理→Windows資格情報→githubの情報を消します。
