【Power Apps】Excel Online のテーブルを編集するフォームをつくる

OneDrive または、SharePoint ライブラリ上に配置した Excel ファイル内にあるテーブルに対して編集を行えるアプリを作成します。

準備

  1. テーブルとして書式設定 したテーブルを持ったブックを用意します。
  2. [テーブル デザイン] タブでわかりやすいテーブル名を設定しておきます。(ここでは、M_Users)

  3. OneDrive または、SharePoint ライブラリに格納します。

アプリの作成

  1. Power Apps のホーム画面の この中から始める で Excel を選択します。

  2. 接続で、SharePoint または、OneDrive for Business を選択します。

  3. 格納しておいた Excel ファイルを選択します。
    image.png

  4. ブック内のテーブルを選択し、[接続] ボタンをクリックします。

  5. 自動的にアプリが生成されます。

確認

  1. アプリ作成後に Excel ファイルの中身を確認すると、__PowerAppsId__ というユニークな列が増えています。
