Minecraftサーバーをwindows server2019で建てようとした際にファイアウォールに阻まれて接続できなかった。
Windowsの設定→更新とセキュリティ→Windowsセキュリティ→ファイアウォールとネットワークの保護→ファイアウォールによるアプリケーションの許可→別のアプリの許可で
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Oracle\Java\javapath_target_774203のjavaを選択するとエラーが発生しなくなった。
