背景

arfoundation-paintGameというリポジトリでGitHub Desktopを使って、あるブランチにコミットしようとしたらA lock file already exists in the repository, which blocks this operation from completingのエラーが出た。

解決方法

対象リポジトリで隠しファイルを表示（Macの場合command＋shift＋.）して、.gitの中にあるindex.lockを消せば解決した。
