【PyTorch】自作データセットで画像分類

サンタクロースが「おじさん」なのか「おばけ」なのかを決定する第2回になります。
前回は画像の類似度判定を用いて、サンタクロースが「おじさん」に似ているかそれとも「おばけ」に似ているかを判定しました。

今回は画像分類を用いて、サンタクロースがおじさんなのかおばけなのかを分類してみようと思います。

結果 : サンタクロースはおばけに分類されました。

  • Predicted:1 おばけ

サンタクロース以外も精度よく分類されています。
こちら画像枚数は各ラベル50枚程度で、エポック数も100です。
resnet18の事前学習済みモデルを使っているのですが、かなり優秀ですね。

実装

自作データセットを使用する場合のディレクトリ構造は以下のようにします。

0と1はLabelを表します。
今回は以下のように定義しました。

  • Label0: おばけ
  • Label1: おじさん

サンタクロースは見た目おじさんなのに不思議ですね。

サンタクロースがおじさんなのかおばけなのかを追求するのはこの辺にしようと思います。
