You may already be aware, but if there are roles with explicit Deny selections due to permission settings, they will not appear in the list. It is recommended to first check the roles.

If this is not the cause, are other internal users experiencing the same inability to view? If so, consulting support might be advisable. If others can view, it is likely due to role-based viewing permissions.
