@mentionsをフィルター条件で使う

@mentions in Case Comments and Body in report

One thought would be that the @mentions are hyperlinks, so must have a record ID associated to them? Have you tried filtering "Body Contains 0011q000007zPltAAE" (insert your User ID/the User ID(s) of the target of your search)?
@メンションはハイパーリンクなので、レコード ID を関連付ける必要があるのではないでしょうか? 「本文に 0011q000007zPltAAE が含まれています」(自分のユーザー ID/検索対象のユーザー ID を挿入) をフィルタリングしてみましたか?
