Please follow the below steps to create a new playground:

1. Login Trailhead
2. Click on your Profile Image from the Top-Right Corner on Trailhead Page
3. Select 'Hands-on Orgs' or go to https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/profiles/orgs

Click Create Playground button to create a new playground and then click Launch button to open the org.
