We can’t find a future task called ‘Call Ms. Smith'. Check to be sure you have added the task to your lead's record.
I deleted the contact and account to start over. I added the task on the lead record before I converted and I was able to check off the challenge. So even though the challenge says you can add the New Task to the contact record if you already converted, that doesn't seem to be accurate. Once I deleted to re-do, I added the new task to the lead record before conversion and all worked fine.

There is no future task called 'Call Mrs. Smith'. Make sure the task was added to the correct lead before conversion or to the contact after conversion.
if it still doesn't work, create a new playground (takes a minute) and do the few steps again (takes 4-5min). I recommend copy/pasting text values where possible from the challenge and having both systems in English.
As if it expects Spanish, you will also have to make sure that the task values are in Spanish:
