It worked for one of my orgs after I deactivated and deleted the "account_record_page" lightning record page for the Account object.

when doing the trailmix for field service in the beginning there is a module about getting your username and password reset. Be sure to have a look at that as well. I also made the mistake of loging in with my trailhead credits, but you have to login with the specific emailaddress and password for that playground. It is probably an emailaddress with some kind of animal in it, as it is created automatically :)
