I ran into the same issue but it's been so long since I was able to get it going that I'm not finding the exact resource to share, so sorry! However, what worked for me was going to Setup > Feature Settings > Analytics > Apps > Auto-Installed Apps and ensuring the data is being picked up by the Sales Engagement Performance app.
