Configure organization-wide default sharing settings for the Project object so that Project records are visible only to the record owner and to users above them in the role hierarchy.

Configure organization-wide default sharing settings for the Referral object so that Referral records are visible only to the record owner
Configure the sharing settings so that Referral records aren’t visible to users above the owner in the role hierarchy. (We won’t check for this.)
