Thanks for sharing the links. I managed to solve the issue using the second link (https://trailhead.salesforce.com/trailblazer-community/feed/0D54S00000HjPhoSAF).

It had something to do with a pre-existing configuration in my Trailhead Playground specifically with the Salesforce Agile Accelerator package. Once I uninstalled Agile Accelerator, the challenge validated succesfully.

チーム名を作成できない

• Not able to create team name "Sample"

For anyone else facing this issue - I came across this issue as well. I did not add a Product tag and attempted to create the new team - "Sample". So, i believe it was a partial transaction and it did not rollback at the back-end, so I was not able to create the team "Sample" again. But later you can go into the Agile Accelerator > Teams tab and select List Views - All, and this would also list the partial team "Sample" that was created and then this can be deleted.!

It looks like your page layout is not updated after package push. There is new button with same label "Deep Clone" ( Name :Deep_Clone_Lex). Can you please update your page layouts Mobile and lightning actions section.

This is new deep clone UI :

I had this issue and found that I had to install previous versions. You can't jump versions. Pretty sure it is answered here in the community somewhere.
