フローをデプロイできない

We can't find an action with the name and action type that you specified.

プロセスビルダーでの回避策ですが、フローでも同じだったみたい

• Can not deploy flow to other sanbox environment

1. You must specify a default workflow user for this sender type
Identify Your Salesforce Org’s Default Workflow User
Select a Default Workflow User that you want Salesforce to display with a workflow rule when the user that triggered the rule is not active.
2. Sent_Email(Action) We can't find an action with the name and action type that you specified

ルールをトリガーしたユーザーがアクティブでない場合に、Salesforce がワークフロー ルールと共に表示するデフォルトのワークフロー ユーザーを選択します。
2. Sent_Email(Action) 指定した名前とアクション タイプのアクションが見つかりません
