In the ‘Fully Operational Space Station’ flow, we can’t find a trigger that runs only when a record is updated to meet the condition requirements.

We couldn’t find the correct picklist values for ‘Shield_Status__c’ on the 'Space Station' object.
I have reviewed the issue in your org and the pick list field Shield Status value "Fully Operational" API name entered as "Fully_Operational".
Now you'll see the error message as "We couldn't find the correct Currency data type in the 'Unit_Cost__c' custom field on the 'Supply' object.". So please check the data type selected for the Unit Cost field in Supply object and change it to Currency data type by editing the field.
We couldn't find a custom report named 'Supplies'.
I was able to get it to work. I created a new sandbox and did the activity all over again....the exact same way. It worked this time. Found that recommendation on the trailhead FAQ page. Problem resolved.

sometimes I save & save as several times, then comfy-compact switch, and even rarely log out and login to be able to see layout changes. You may try it before trying to retake the unit on another playground
