• このユーザーでは、データを参照する権限がありません。

「チームのダッシュボードの表示」権限を削除 　をするとまた違うエラーが出るので

「すべてのデータの表示」権限を付与する しかなさそうです。。。

SFのヘルプをみてもデータの表示に関してはあまり記述がないので、付与してしまってもよさそうです。

• 標準プロファイル「最小アクセス - Salesforce」を複製し、組織内のユーザに割り当てました。ダッシュボードを編集および作成するためのアクセス権を付与しようとしましたが、ダッシュボードをプライベート フォルダーまたはパブリック フォルダーに保存した後、ユーザーに [編集] ボタンが表示されません。

編集ボタンを表示するには、以下の権限を与える必要がありました。

翻訳の管理
セットアップと構成を表示する
アプリケーションのカスタマイズ

• ダッシュボード検索条件／次の値の間が表示されない

キャッシュクリア、シークレットウィンドウでは状況変わらずだったのですが、
ログインし直したら出現しました。。

次のユーザーとしてダッシュボードを参照を変更したらできたらしいですが、何に変更したのでしょうかね。

This worked for me without "Manage Dynamic Dashboards," I think the "View As Me" change was the trick(
