このエラーメッセージもよく目にしますが、正直なにが悪いのかはよく分からないです。本当の問題とエラーメッセージが正しく対応していないと思いますね。

言語設定を英語モードにする

I tried that, but it didn't work, so I posted here. The issue really was the playground being in French.

I deleted and created the reports and it worked. Thank you for response.

Please confirm if there exists 2 reports with Same name, if it is so then delete unnecessary report and check challenge again

If it doesnt work then try again in new trailhead playground
