The flow tried to update these records: [record ID]. This error occurred: CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY: arxxusleadassig.LeadAssignmentTrigger: System.LimitException: arxxusleadassig:Too many SOQL queries: 101. You can look up ExceptionCode values in the SOAP API Developer Guide.

Seems like changing the entry conditions for the flow did the trick!
