To enable the Provider Search org preference,you must first enable the Data Pipeline org preference.

To see this option, you must be assigned the Use Data Pipelines Add On User Settings permission set license and the Data Pipelines Add On permission set.

上記と同じ問題が発生し、「Data Pipelines Base User」権限セットのみが表示されました。検索から「データパイプライン」がまだ表示されませんでした。ページを更新する場所が他にあったので、ブラウザをハード更新したところ、検索に「データ パイプライン」が表示されました。
