Guys, you need to create a new Action type "Update Records"/ Set Account object. name it as "Update Matching Account". Connect this action in the flow between Start and Action "Chatter Post to Account Owner". I worked for me!

I was unable to select Send Matching Account to Lead Routing until I enabled Folder and Enhanced Sharing. Setup --> Lightning Email Templates --> Folders and Enhanced Sharing.
After enabling this, I was able to select the email template.
