It seems that you are having cross object formula field. The cross object formula fields cannot be used for Rollup summary field.

It just depends on what Formula the Formula(Checkbox) field is using.

If it uses Relative Dates like TODAY() or NOW(0 and stuff like that, it can't be used as a Roll-Up Filter
