今朝、ログインし直した際に、エージェント（[設定] > [Agent Studio] > [エージェント]）が無効になっていることに気付きました。
[Agentforce] を再度有効にすると、Coral Cloud Experience Agent が利用可能になりました。ビルダーを開くと、昨日行ったトピック設定とこのトピックのアクションの変更がすべて反映されていました。[有効化] ボタンをクリックしてもエラーメッセージは表示されませんでした。
この問題を解決するには、エージェント機能を無効化してから再度有効化することをお勧めします。

This morning when logging back in, I found that Agents (Setup > Agent Studio > Agents) had been disabled.
After re-enabling it (Agentforce), the Coral Cloud Experience Agent became available. Opening the Builder, all of the Topic Configuration and This Topic's Actions changes I made to it yesterday existed. No error message appeared upon clicking the Activate button.
My suggestion to resolve this issue is to Disable and then Re-Enable the Agents feature.

I solved the issue by Disabling and re enabling the Agent Force agent enable toggle button
